I agree with Laura! Love your newsletter and your authenticity. Life is hard---so glad we have Jesus. You are my hero---going to buy a van with two little kids all on your own----I would try any other option first! And, I am sorry you were robbed and lost your sitter with no notice. I suppose I would laugh at the comedy of errors in my life or cry-or both!

I'm surprised the percentage isn't higher....we wait on the edge of our seats for the next posting. I think we love it because our lives are CRAZEE and reading about someone else's "crazy" makes us feel better!!! Love the honesty.... it's funny....and helps lighten the load.

Claire, your newsletter is my absolute favorite to read! I always make sure I have a few uninterrupted minutes to focus before I open it, and I am never disappointed. Your writing is beautiful and really hits home as a mom of 2 under 5. Thank you for sharing your talents!

Wow very sorry you were robbed and your sitter quit but yay on the new minivan!

Motherhood is a tough ride although filled with so many positives too. Consider a mothers helper in the summer or after school- most tweens/young teens have working parents who don’t want them home alone so it’s a win win. Inexpensive childcare that frees you up a little bit (granted they can’t drive or totally independently watch your kids but I was able to work in big chunks when our mothers helper was here!!). It really was a great option for us back when my kids were little!

This is SUCH a great idea, and honestly it's exactly what we've done the rest of the summer. God has provided in big ways.
